Initiate the process by submitting an enquiry through our online form. We'll just require some basic information in order to set up the next stage of the process. We generally allow 4-6 weeks for the entire process, start to finish.

Following the initial contact, we will arrange a consultation to gain a deeper understanding of your design vision. Consultations can be conducted in person, over the phone, or via video call.

After determining your design requirements and verifying that we don't have the exact gemstone or diamond in stock, we'll commence the sourcing process through our trusted network of gemstone suppliers. For more information about our responsible sourcing standards, click here.

Once we've identified a suitable centre stone, we'll provide you with a quote for the piece.

Upon receiving the initial payment, we'll begin the design process. We pride ourselves on offering a comprehen- sive service without any 'alteration clauses.' This means we'll work with you until you're completely satisfied with the final design, regardless of the number of changes needed, before moving forward to production.

Each piece is crafted in-house by Lei è jewellers. Throughout the production process, you will receive a comprehensive breakdown of the various stages involved.

Once the final payment is made, we'll give your piece a thorough final clean and prepare it for pickup or delivery. Insurance details and courier information will be provided alongside your package.
