Laher is a bespoke engagement ring label based in Sydney, redefining what it means to buy an engagement ring — with provenance, storytelling, and design at the centre of every piece.
About the Role
We’re looking for someone to take the lead on weekend consultations — welcoming clients into the studio, guiding them through the design process, and helping them feel the story and craft behind every Laher piece.
This position is ideal for someone with weekday commitments — perhaps already working or studying — who’s looking to add meaningful, creative work on weekends. The role begins with Sundays in the studio, with the option to grow into weekday consultations over time.
You’ll hold a key role as the first impression of Laher — with real ownership, creative freedom, and responsibility from day one.
You’ll:

Host in-person consultations on Sundays in our Surry Hills studio.

Conduct virtual design appointments during the week.

Provide thoughtful guidance on design, gemstones, and process.

Maintain exceptional communication and follow-up with clients.

Represent Laher’s tone, values, and high-touch client experience.
You’ll bring:

Experience in luxury retail, jewellery, or client-facing design roles (preferred).

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

A genuine passion for helping people find meaningful pieces.

Availability on Sundays and flexibility for occasional virtual consults during the week.
