If an issue arises due to the design or workmanship of the ring, we will repair or replace it at no cost.

In addition, should a cluster or accent stone become loose or fall out at any point, we will replace it — regardless of cause.

Our responsibility is simple: once a ring leaves our studio, we continue to stand behind it.

We offer complimentary resizing on all Laher rings to ensure the fit is right.

If your ring needs adjustment after delivery, our team will resize it as required and guide you through the process. This service is offered as part of our commitment to long-term wear and comfort.

All orders are shipped fully insured and at no additional cost. We’ll confirm timing and delivery details with you directly before dispatch.

In the case of our Australian sapphires we are able to provide the exact origin mine of the stone.
