As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and highly organised Customer Experience & Sales Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role

This role is at the heart of Laher’s bespoke engagement ring process, ensuring that every client receives an exceptional experience from start to finish. You will be responsible for guiding customers through their ring journey, from the initial consultation to final delivery. This means being the key point of communication between our customers and design team, keeping projects on track, and ensuring each ring meets our high standards of craftsmanship.

Additionally, you’ll handle some initial sales inquiries—responding to potential clients, setting up consultations, and providing information to help them start their bespoke journey.

While prior experience in a similar role is beneficial, it is not essential—we’re looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Liaison – Guide customers through the bespoke engagement ring process, ensuring seamless communication at every stage.
  • Project Coordination – Oversee each ring’s journey from design to production, ensuring timelines are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Sales & Consultations – Handle initial inquiries, provide information about our bespoke process, and schedule consultation calls with the design team.
  • Communication & Updates – Keep customers informed on the progress of their ring, addressing any questions or concerns along the way.
  • Process & Experience Management – Continuously refine and improve our customer journey to ensure Laher delivers the best possible service.

  • Passionate about jewellery & craftsmanship – While not required, an interest in jewellery, luxury products, or bespoke design is a plus.
